1. Registration and submitting profiles

Please fill in the registration form which can be found in section Registration.

When registered, you are able to fill in your company profile which will be published in the Catalogue for selecting the meetings. The full profiles are visible only for registered companies and VCs. If needed, you can leave several product/service profiles to the event e.g. for different technology/service lines. Please fill in all the requested fields and submit the profile. All the profiles are validated by Technopolis before publishing. If important information is missing we will contact you.

VCs: Fill in what kind of companies you are interested!

Deadline for submitting profiles is Thursday, October 29, 2009. EXTENDED UNTIL October 30!

2. Selecting meetings

Both companies and VCs can request meetings! Please note that VCs will be primarily available for meetings on Thursday.

Please request meetings through the Catalogue. The meetings are requested by ticking a cross in a box which is found next to the profile. Meeting requests must be confirmed by both sides in order to be scheduled. Please note, that we will do the scheduling and send you your confirmed meeting schedule before the event. All the meetings which are accepted by both parties can not necessary be arranged due to limited timetables or due cancelations.

You can categorize the importance of the meetings with choosing a (most important), b (fairly important) or c (not so important). The categorization can not be seen by the other party. It is a message to the organizer when the timetables are scheduled.

Deadline for requesting meetings is on Thursday, November 5, 2009 (24:00).

All the meetings should be accepted or declined by Monday morning, November 9, 2009 at 10:00 am.

You will receive your individual meeting schedule by Wednesday morning November 11, 2009.

Please note the maximum amount of meetings:

Thursday, November 12 from 14:00-17:00    max. 9 meetings

Friday, November 13 from 11:00-14:00          max. 9 meetings

3. The meetings

The MoneyTalks™ Forum one-to-one-meetings are arranged on Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 14:00 to 17:00 right after MoneyTalks™ and on Friday, November 13, 2009 from 11:00 to 14:00 after Mobile Circus. The meetings last max. 20 minutes each. During the whole event, on-site support is available from Technopolis.
